Her kindness, attention to detail, and calm demeanor truly made our wedding planning experience perfect.

"Kristin was AMAZING!!! We cannot say enough good things about her. We were a covid couple planning our 3rd wedding. She made every step of the process so easy. If I sent her a picture of anything I was thinking of she would find the exact vendor that carried it so that I could have everything about my day exactly as I pictured it. She made time for extra zoom calls and meetings any time we were uncertain of anything. On the day everything ran so seamlessly or at least appeared that way to us. All of the thanks go to her for that. She even had her sweet husband driving all over the place looking for last-minute bubbles for our exit. I will never be able to thank her enough. You want this woman on your wedding team!"

She was there every step of the way and made decision making a breeze.

Kristin is a dream wedding planner! She was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. She was there every step of the way and made decision making a breeze. What makes her so special is the fact that she gets to know the couple on a personal level and truly wants the wedding day to be about them.

We would recommend Kristin a thousand times over!

"I cannot say enough positive things about Kristin! She was simply the best coordinator I could have asked for. Kristin was very responsive whenever I had questions throughout the planning process. Everything about our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to her. She brought our vision to life and helped make our ceremony and reception look and feel even better than I imagined. We had an issue with the getaway car and she took care of it without my husband or I even knowing there was an issue until after the fact."

Kristin Exceeded all my expectations

"Kristin was amazing! I did the month of coordination package and it exceeded my expectations. Kristin was so helpful during my wedding day that it felt stress free and the timeline moved perfectly. I was able to contact her and have any questioned answered to help with my pre wedding nerves. She was so helpful and sweet in every way"

frequently

asked questions

Wedding planning companies serve many different roles for our clients. When people say a coordinator and planner are the same, this is kind of like saying a teacher + parent are the same thing. There are many overlapping roles, but different priorities and focuses for each.

Coordinator: We recommend every couple hires a coordinator for their wedding ( & so do most other vendors + venues)! A coordinator works with the vendors you have hired to build a timeline that works well for everyone, ensure all of the vendors have arrived and are setting up according to the layout we created together, and are there to handle all of the tiny details on the day of your event! You will get to relax with your family + friends while we handle everything behind the scenes.

Designer: This role is used for the bride that needs a little help reigning in your vision! A designer will help you choose linens, flowers, place settings, invitations (literally anything that you will look at during your wedding) and make sure they mesh well and reflect your vision for your day!

Planner: This role is used for the brides who truly want an experts opinion and help every step of the way. We schedule and tag along for all of the meetings, book the hotel blocks and transportation, manage your budget and send you payment reminders, and all the things in between!

We open our books 2 years out. We don’t have a hard set date for each package booking, we just only take one full service or design wedding per weekend. This is what we see most commonly.

Management – 6-12 months out
Design – 6-18 months out
Full Service Planning 12-24 months out

We work with budgets in all ranges. Most couples spend around 10% of their budget on a planner or coordinator so with our package pricing, that has landed us most commonly with clients whose budgets are between $30,000-$70,000 but we are happy to work with clients with smaller and larger budgets than that!

We do! This service is exclusive for KPT Event Planning brides and you will get a link with our rental process nd items available upon booking.

Our collection is ever growing and includes things like polaroid camera guest book setups, champagne walls, easels, pictures frames, card boxes, cake cutting sets, flower girl baskets, candles, vases, welcome signs, disco balls and more.

This does actually happen on occasion! While this may not always be the case, we do believe that most of our value comes from our many resources and our vast knowledge of vendors in the industry. We take pride in being able to get you the things you really want, while not paying for the things you don’t need. We have many questionnaires that go into deep detail in order to make sure we prioritize what is most important to you and educate you on how to find vendors that meet your needs and your budget but are also reliable and experienced.

Yay! We are so excited to work with you and get to know you! The best way to contact us for booking our services is through the contact page!
